Spent several attempts calling back a previous company. They would not return our calls or voicemails. We reached out to another company (Silver State Plumbing) and were schedule 2 days out. We met with nikko this afternoon. Very professional. Explained what caused the issue and told us it was a quick and easy fix. This was great news because the previous company had us worried it was going to be thousands. Silver state quoted us a simple repair for a few hundred and it seemed to solve the issue.
